Any such misfits can disturb your chances of clearing the interview positively.
Let us discuss these questions and their responses which can be henceforth fruitful for us in getting success in cracking an interview.

Greatest strength: This is one of the most important questions to be answered and we ought to take care while we reply one. Strength must be showcased in a positive manner and should be the truth. Lies aren’t appreciated and definitely induce a negative pulse in the mind of the interviewer.
Some of the strength traits which are mostly exhibited in common people:

Tell your weakness like this:

I am a hard worker and sometimes I get so much of it that I suffer health issues.
I like perfection and want everything to be done in the right manner on the first time. Hence I tend to spend a little more time on whatever I do.

Which one is better- Plastic or Glass packaging?

Most ecologists have come to a conclusion in the glass vs. plastic debate. Let us further ponder and discuss further-

Consumers feel that organic glass is a better choice for keeping intact the food quality and also help conserve environmental heritage. Reports from a study by the University of Oklahoma showed organic consumers choose glass packaging over plastic ones. They believe that the quality and flavor of the food product is preserved. They further pin-pointed that glass packaging is better for the environment as it can be recycled.

I do not know if something like apple sauce is better preserved in a glass jar, as opposed to a plastic pot, but I know that the glass jar is a better choice for the environment if it is disposed off correctly.

Glass is very much recyclable. It can be recycled many times and never lose its integrity whereas Plastic bottles cannot be recycled. Plastic loses its integrity and must be transformed into something different like plastic timber or carpet padding. For this reason, some people say that the plastic is not really recycled, it is down cycled. Down cycling is like making a copy of a photo. Each time a copy is copied, the quality is lost.

Whenever a product is packaged in a plastic bottle, jar or other container that is made of plastic, that plastic is entirely new. Thus costing also comes into frame. Glass jar can be made from recycled glass. Though they are not always, but it is increasingly common.

Use of glass based packaging is very helpful and must be entertained in the near future.
